Due to my working at The Frick Collection from 2005 on, I was introduced to doing some more renovation work in 2009 at one of the privately owned mansions on Bellevue Avenue in Newport. This has included restoring water damaged plaster walls of limestone blocks on several floors, faux mahogany door frames, and restoring the Front Hall to its original color scheme.

The Mercantile Library, one of the first libraries in the country, now known as The Center for Fiction and housed at 17 East 47th Street, hired me to restore their second floor reading room which involved researching the original plans by architect Henry Otis Chapman and returning it to its original color, allowing the architectural details to be better appreciated.
